Privacy Policy

1. Data collected

Name, email and message submitted via the enquiry form or the GDPR form. Aggregate analytics (Google Analytics 4) load only after explicit consent.

Our own traffic statistics run on every request and do not depend on consent, because they cannot identify anyone: we record the page requested, the country, the referring website (hostname only), a browser/bot class and technical response times — with no cookies, no IP addresses stored, no user agent, no query strings and no identifier of any kind. A cookieless timing signal sent by the page (/px) tells us, in aggregate, how long pages are read; it carries only a time bucket and the hostname.

Newsletter: your address is stored only after you confirm it by clicking the link we email you (double opt-in). As proof of consent we keep the date, time and the IP address from which the confirmation was made.

2. Legal basis

Enquiries: legitimate interest. Newsletter: consent. Analytics: consent. GDPR requests: legal obligation.

3. Purpose

Contact data is used solely to respond to domain enquiries and, where opted in, to send domain deal notifications. No data is sold or shared for marketing.

4. Retention

Enquiry data: 24 months. Newsletter opt-in and its proof of consent (date, time, IP of the confirmation): until withdrawal, then 12 months as evidence that consent existed. Google Analytics: 26 months. Our own aggregate traffic statistics: 12 months (they contain no personal data).

5. Third parties

Resend.com (email delivery), Google Analytics 4 (aggregate analytics, consent-only). No advertising networks.

6. International transfers

Data may be processed in the US by Resend and Google under Standard Contractual Clauses.
